Cabin is yours to rent by the week of for the weekend. Just down the
road from the Raquette River with 100s of miles of flat water and white
water canoeing, Thousands of acres open state land to explore. There are
trails to hike and mountains to climb or enjoy a campfire under the
stars at night.

This is a get away camp, bring
your cell phone for telephone coverage. If you like you can also
hire a naturalist for evening entertainment. The
cabin has two bed rooms (each with a full size bed) and a huge open loft for
the kids. Lots of board games and cards and a lot of land to discover in
this hidden part of the Adirondacks. We also have the ability to board
your horse (as many as four) at Last Straw Stables.

experience in the Conservation Department working with Endangered Species,
Founding Board Member of the Natural History Museum of the Adirondacks,
Antique Dealer, Adirondack Historian, Trapper and Hunter. At sixty years old
I have some tales to tell.
